Beef Short Ribs are best suited to slow cooking, as well as marinating or on the barbecue. Left on the bone for maximum flavour, these ribs promise melting quality, showcasing the rich quality of the rib meat of our beef from the Yorkshire Dales.
These ribs benefit from a long slow cook where the texture and flavour really shine through. Place the ready marinated ribs in a casserole dish with beef stock and cover with foil, leaving a small gap for the steam to escape. Cook at 150c in a fan oven for 3.5 - 4 hours until juices have reduced and meat is tender.
