Looks great on the table, left on the bone for maximum flavour, the Rack of Lamb represents a choice line up of succulent lamb chops in one place. Our lamb is sourced from farms in Norfolk and Suffolk.
Rub a little oil over the meat and season with salt. Place into the hot pan and seal until golden on all sides. Place the lamb onto a tray with a wire rack and roast in the ovenat 160 °C for 12 – 15 minutes.
