Our classic Newmarket sausage, super-sized. Made to the same 1881 recipe, these are built for the barbecue and make a proper hot dog.
Cooking & Pack
Fry or barbecue on a low heat for 25–35 minutes, turning often, until cooked through. Or bake at 190°C (170°C fan) for 35–45 minutes.
Pack: 7 jumbo sausages. Please check the use-by date on the pack. Suitable for freezing on the day of delivery.
Ingredients & Allergens
Ingredients: Pork (72%), water, rusk (wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), salt), salt, spices, preservative (sodium sulphite), emulsifier E451, herbs, lemon juice powder. Filled into beef protein casings.
