Our whole ‘barn reared’ birds are grown locally to us, the traditional way in large open barns on straw, with plenty of space to forage around. Fantastic for roasting on a Sunday or spatchcocking for easy midweek traybake recipes.
Our Chicken is sourced from small, independent poultry farms in Suffolk who specialise in rearing high welfare birds to exceptional quality standards. By sourcing locally from smaller farms we reduce unnecessary food miles, you’ll notice the difference in taste and appearance of the chicken we supply over that which you would find in a supermarket.
